How do I book Livin’ It Up Transportation?

Call to see if the date is available. If the date is available, tell us how many hours you will need the bus. If you like the price quote, fill out a contact form or give us a call 217-821-9083. Always call 1 week before the event to confirm everything one more time.

Is alcohol allowed on the buses?

Alcohol is allowed on all Livin’ It Up Transportation vehicles. You must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol while on any of our vehicles.

What comes on the bus?
Our buses our equipped with limo style seating, electric sound systems, entertainment poles, small bar areas, and iPod hook ups.

Do you provide Alcohol?

We are a party bus company, not a bar. BYOB.

Do you have a DJ?

No we don’t have a DJ on board, all they do is play iPods and take up space! Bring an iPod with your own playlist.

Do you travel to the wineries?

Yes, we travel to local wineries and also Southern Illinois wine trails often.

Do you have a fuel surcharge?

Nope, it is included unless you are outside of our normal service area of 75 miles.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a $150.00 credit / debit card non-refundable deposit.

How many people fit on your bus? Can I exceed the max number of people?

We have a couple different sizes, 14 passenger, 25 passengers, and 30 passengers. We do not recommend that you exceed the limits that Livin’ It Up Transportation has set forth however if you don’t want a lot of space that is fine but no complaints are allowed.

When is the balance due?

Balance is due in cash when the driver picks your party up.

When does our time start?

When Livin’ It Up Transportation leaves our facility and ends when we return.

Do the buses have A/C?

Several of our vehicles now have A/C. Please check out the vehicle descriptions for the vehicles that now have A/C

Is tip included in the price?

No, its not. We don’t feel you should have to give a good tip if your driver sucks. But if they are good, you should give him or her a minimum of 15%.

Can we bring coolers?

Coolers are allowed. They are great because they can also be used for extra seats.

What is the cancellation policy?

You must cancel 72 hours before the event in order not to be charged for the whole event.
